For special arbitration requests without a disputed amount or with an unclear disputed amount, the disputed amount or arbitration fee shall be determined by the arbitration commission based on the specific circumstances. If the calculation result differs from the arbitration fee determined by the commission, the commission’s determination shall prevail.
